Conditions governing this site and the private applications of NTV App.

Article 1.- Purpose

These terms govern the use of this site and of the three tools operated by NTV App (content-creator, Postiz and a messaging automation), based in Peru. By using the site you accept these terms.

Article 2.- Private use

The applications are private tools of a single operator. They are used only on social pages and accounts that the operator owns or administers. They do not allow third parties to connect their accounts. The messaging automation replies to direct messages that people voluntarily send to the operator’s pages.

Article 3.- No warranty

The site and the applications are provided “as is”, without warranties of availability, continuity or fitness for a particular purpose.

Article 4.- Published content

The operator is responsible for the content published through the applications, including content generated with the help of artificial intelligence, which the operator reviews before publishing.

Article 5.- Third-party platforms

Use of the applications complies with the terms and policies of the platforms they integrate with, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram, including its messaging), X and TikTok (planned, not yet active). If a platform policy differs from these terms, the platform policy prevails.

Article 6.- Changes

These terms may be modified. The current version is the one published on this page, with the effective date shown in the header.

Article 7.- Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Lima.
