Data deletion

How to request deletion of your data and how to remove the application's access from Facebook or Instagram.

Article 1.- How to request it

Write to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion”. State the name of the Facebook or Instagram page or account your request refers to and, if applicable, the application (content-creator or Postiz).

Article 2.- What is removed

The data associated with the page or account you indicate that the applications hold is removed: access tokens, drafts and posts, media files and related logs.

Article 3.- Timeline

We respond and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving the request (Law No. 29733 and its regulation in force).

Article 4.- Removing the app from Facebook or Instagram

You can also revoke access directly. In Facebook or Instagram open Settings and go to Business integrations or Apps and websites, select the application and remove it. This revokes the tokens the application held.

Article 5.- Data on other platforms

Content already published on Meta, X or another platform is subject to that platform’s policies. To remove it, delete the post on the platform itself.

Article 6.- If you sent a direct message

If you sent messages to a Facebook Page or Instagram account of the operator, write to [email protected] from any email address stating your Instagram or Facebook username and the page you wrote to. We will delete the associated conversation data. In addition, the messaging automation’s history is deleted automatically after 90 days.
